Here you will learn how to take control of your life again, feel less stressed, make impactful choices and create more confidence and happiness in your life.

I am passionate about combining my clinical skills with my own personal recovery journey.  I use a variety of research backed tools and aim to pack it into easy to implement courses. 

I am excited to show others how small shifts can make the biggest impacts.
